Coach Ben
Ben has spent many years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, but it was CrossFit that truly sparked his passion. Instantly hooked, he immersed himself in the sport, becoming an integral part of the community by participating in competitions, working on his own weaknesses, and building strength in classes.
Within his first year, Ben earned his Level 1 CrossFit certification, and his commitment to growth led him to achieve his Level 2 shortly after. Ben’s dedication to CrossFit, both in his personal journey and as a coach, drives him to continually improve and inspire others to do the same.

Coach Georgia-Rose
After years of strength training, Georgia-Rose discovered her passion for Olympic Weightlifting at our sister box, CrossFit Blackheath. Her love for the sport quickly led her to earn her British Weightlifting Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. Although she no longer regularly coaches, Georgia-Rose remains dedicated to supporting the community, now focusing on business development and behind-the-scenes efforts to help the gym grow.
While her coaching role has shifted, Georgia-Rose is still a regular in classes, so you’ll no doubt find her giving it her all in a CrossFit class or joining in on the team spirit of a Friday TeamWOD.
