At CrossFit Catford, we offer a wide range of classes designed to suit all fitness levels and help you achieve your goals, whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete.

From high-intensity CrossFit sessions to focused Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics, and mobility classes, there’s something for everyone.

We also offer specialised programs like Pre & Postnatal Strength, Kids & Teens classes, and Personal Training to meet individual needs.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a high-intensity, functional fitness program that combines a variety of exercises including weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements. It’s designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness, suitable for all levels. Each class is scalable to meet individual needs, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete.

 

Gymnastics

Gymnastics classes focus on developing body control, flexibility, and strength through bodyweight movements. You’ll learn skills like handstands, rings and bar work, with an emphasis on building foundational techniques. This class is perfect for improving your overall athleticism and enhancing your CrossFit performance, regardless of your experience level.

Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting classes focus on the two key lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. These classes are designed to improve technique, power, and strength through targeted training, drills and progressions. Whether you’re new to weightlifting or looking to refine your skills, our coaches will help you develop proper form and increase your performance in a safe and controlled setting.

 

Engine Room

Engine Room classes are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and stamina through a combination of intense metabolic conditioning and endurance exercises. Expect a challenging mix of rowing, running, cycling and weighted movements to build your "engine" and boost your stamina for any physical (or mental) challenge.

 
 

Mobility

Mobility classes focus on improving flexibility, joint mobility and recovery. These sessions incorporate dynamic stretching, foam rolling and mobility drills to increase your range of motion and reduce the risk of injury. Ideal for anyone looking to improve their movement patterns, recovery or just enhance their overall fitness.

 

Kids & Teens Classes

Our Kids & Teens classes are designed to teach young athletes the fundamentals of CrossFit and Weightlifting in a fun and engaging way. These classes focus on building strength, coordination, flexibility and teamwork, all while encouraging a love for fitness. Kids & Teens classes include:

Kids & Teens Weightlifting - Mondays and Tuesdays at 4:30 PM (a combined class with two coaches)

CrossFit Kids (ages 5 to 9) - Saturdays at 10:00 AM

CrossFit Teens (ages 10 to 15) - Sundays at 10:00 AM

 

Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are tailored to your specific fitness goals, whether you're looking to build muscle, improve performance, or recover from an injury. Working one-on-one with a certified trainer, you’ll receive personalised programming, expert guidance, and the accountability you need to stay motivated. Each session is designed to ensure you get the most out of your workouts, with focused attention on technique, progress tracking, and achieving your fitness aspirations.

 

Pre & Postnatal Strength

Pre & Postnatal Strength classes are designed for women during and after pregnancy. These classes focus on building strength, mobility and stability in a safe and supportive environment. They help manage the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery while enhancing fitness levels. Our certified coaches ensure modifications are made to accommodate each stage of pregnancy and recovery.
